Within this accreditation we offer the following:
.place in the Press Centre in the building where the Convention takes place,
.work station: computer, Internet access, printer, access point for a laptop,
.direct monitoring of the discussions via big broadcast screen in the Press Centre along with simultaneous interpretation into Polish,
.place in the debates hall for writing journalists and in the hall itself for photojournalists and TV crews,
.press materials: biographical notes of the panelists, available texts of addresses and backgrounds, available also in electronic format,
.simultaneous interpretation in the debates hall; Polish and English are the two official languages of the Convention,
.opportunity of an ongoing recording of the addresses,
.information on news conferences and briefings during the Convention,
.possibility of purchase of a special Photo Service prepared by the organizers,
.parking place in close proximity to the Convention Centre; for TV crews in the back of the building,
.possibility of reserving hotel rooms in the centre of Gniezno via KAI.
The debates of the Convention will be accompanied every day by news conferences with the major guests and speakers. The detailed schedule of these conferences will be provided along with the accreditation card.
